How long does a brand identity project take?
The Standard Brand Style Guide typically takes 7–10 business days, and Premium two to three weeks. We confirm your timeline in writing before work begins.
What will I receive at the end?
Vector logo files (SVG, PDF and transparent PNG), colour and typography specifications, your brand guidelines as a PDF, and the application files included in your package, such as business cards and social profile assets.
Do I own the rights to my new identity?
Yes. On full payment, commercial rights to the final files transfer to you. Our Terms & Conditions set out the details.
Do you use AI in your design process?
We may use AI-assisted tools during exploration, always under human art direction. Final logos are built as clean vector artwork, refined by hand and checked at every size. We are transparent about our process and disclose assisted workflows where relevant.
How does payment work?
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Website, KDP and content packages use the listed prices; brand identity projects start with a written quote. Once scope is confirmed, we send a secure Stripe payment link or invoice, and work begins after payment or the agreed deposit. See our Refund Policy for cancellations.
