4. Manuscripts, uploads, and file retention

When you share a manuscript, illustration brief, or other project files (via form link, email, or cloud folder), we treat those materials as confidential client content.

Use — files are used only to evaluate, design, revise, and deliver your project unless you give separate permission (for example, portfolio display).
Storage — working files may be stored on secure cloud services and local workstations used by our studio.
Retention — active project files are kept for the duration of the engagement. After final delivery and payment, we typically retain project archives for up to 24 months to support revisions, reprints, or series continuity, then delete or anonymize materials unless a longer retention period is required by law or agreed in writing.
Deletion requests — you may ask us to delete manuscripts and working files earlier by emailing support@radiantinnovationstudio.com. We will confirm what we can remove and what we must keep for legal, tax, or dispute reasons.

5. AI generation tools and processing

Some projects use AI-assisted generation tools as part of our creative workflow, always under human art direction. When client-supplied text, characters, or references are processed with such tools:

We use them to produce concepts or assets for your commissioned work — not to train public marketing datasets for unrelated clients.
We avoid submitting sensitive personal data about third parties unless it is necessary for the project and you have the right to share it.
Final deliverables are reviewed and refined by our studio before delivery.
Third-party AI providers may process prompts and inputs under their own terms and privacy policies. If you require that AI tools not be used on a specific manuscript, tell us in writing before work begins.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our site may use essential cookies needed for basic functionality and optional analytics cookies or similar technologies to understand traffic patterns (for example, page views and referral sources). Analytics tools may collect aggregated or pseudonymous usage data.

11. Children’s privacy

Our services are directed to adults and businesses (authors, publishers, and brands). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We are based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
