Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of design packages and custom projects from Radiant Innovation Studio (Radiant Innovation LLC). It works together with our Terms & Conditions. Because our work is custom creative services, refunds depend on how far the project has progressed.

1. Full refund before work begins

If you cancel before we begin creative work — meaning before concepts, sketches, layouts, or production files have been started on your project — you are eligible for a full refund of fees paid for that unused package or deposit, minus any non-refundable third-party fees that cannot be recovered (rare; we will disclose if applicable).

“Work begins” includes the start of research, briefing synthesis, concept exploration, or file setup specifically for your paid project after payment is confirmed.

2. Fifty percent (50%) refund after concept delivery

Once we have delivered first concepts (for example, logo concepts, concept boards, cover concepts, sample spreads, or an initial creative direction as defined in your package or quote), refunds are limited to 50% of the fees paid for that project stage or package, if you choose to cancel rather than continue.

At this stage, substantial creative labor has already been performed. The retained portion compensates for concept development and art direction already delivered. Any concepts provided remain the property of Radiant Innovation LLC if a refund is issued at this stage; commercial rights do not transfer for unfinished or refunded work.

3. No refunds after final files

After final files have been delivered — print-ready PDFs, EPUB/fixed-layout files, A+ assets, brand files, or other agreed finals — no refunds are available. At that point, commercial rights transfer under our Terms has been earned through completed delivery, and the value of the work has been transferred to you.

Minor technical corrections needed to meet the original agreed specifications (for example, a spine width recalculation based on the page count you confirmed) may still be handled as courtesy fixes or under remaining revision rounds, but they do not reopen a refund.

4. Scope disputes and the revision policy

Requests that expand beyond the purchased package — unlimited rounds of feedback, entirely new creative directions after approval, added page counts, new characters, or new product types — are not grounds for a refund. Those situations are handled through our revision policy and optional add-ons or a new quote.

If you believe delivered work does not match the written package or quote (not merely personal preference after approved direction), contact us within the response window below. We will first attempt to resolve the issue through remaining revisions or a reasonable corrective pass. Refunds for genuine non-delivery or material failure to meet the agreed scope are evaluated case by case and will not exceed the unused portion of fees under Sections 1–2.

5. Seven-day response window

To request a refund or raise a delivery dispute, you must notify us in writing at support@radiantinnovationstudio.com within 7 days of:

the event you are canceling against (for pre-start cancellations), or
delivery of the concepts or files you believe are incomplete or out of scope

Requests sent after this 7-day window may be declined. Please include your order or invoice reference, the package name, and a clear description of the issue.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (for example, via Stripe) when possible. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and may take several business days after we submit the refund.

7. Custom and multi-phase projects

For custom quotes with deposits and milestones, refunds follow the same principles: unused prepaid work may be refunded in full; work completed through a delivered milestone is non-refundable or partially refundable as stated in the quote. If the quote is silent, Sections 1–3 of this policy apply by analogy to each milestone.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a payment dispute so we can resolve the issue quickly. Unfounded chargebacks after final delivery may be contested with evidence of completed work and these published policies.
